Resumes, the Frosting on the Cake
Add a resumeJob listings give companies and organizations the power to post job opportunities to your job board. But there are two sides to the job coin. Available candidates want an opportunity to market themselves to companies looking for qualified personnel. That’s were resumes come in.
Each ‘job seeker’ get’s their own dashboard where they can add one, two or more resumes that catalog the list of their unique qualifications. Just like job listings, JobRoller gives you the opportunity to monetize resumes by charging for job listings. It’s simple for a job seeker to post their resume.
